How to Qualify for Premium Installation

To benefit from this service, simply purchase a qualifying product from one of our authorized retail partners. These retailers include:

The Hisense Premium Installation Process

  1. The Pre-Installation Checklist: Before we schedule your installation, there are a few key items to ensure everything goes smoothly:
    • TV License: Your TV license must be up to date and in good standing.
    • Payment: Hisense can only arrange the Premium service once your product has been paid in full.
    • Installation Requirements: Ensure the installation area is prepared and meets the requirements (e.g., TV mounting location, power outlets and internet connection available).
    • Address Confirmation: Ensure that the delivery address is accurate to avoid delays.
  1. Coordination by Our Premium Desk Consultant (Same Day): Once your installation request is received, a Premium Desk Consultant will contact you on the same day with a congratulatory call. They will:
    • Confirm the pre-checklist details over the phone.
    • Explain the type of installation you’ll receive.
    • Let you know that you’re covered within a 50 km radius of your retailer.
  1. Within 24 Hours – Installation Arrangements: The Premium Desk Consultant will coordinate with our independent authorized installers to finalize the installation schedule. You will receive:
    • A booking for the installation date and time.
    • Confirmation emails outlining the installation requirements.
    • A detailed follow-up on your installation job.
  1. On the Day of Installation: Our certified installer will call you in advance to confirm the time and ensure you’re ready for the installation. Once they arrive:
    • The installer will unpack, assemble, and connect your product.
    • The installer will complete any necessary connections, such as power cables, HDMI devices, or internet (supplied by the customer).
    • A full demonstration of the product setup will be provided.
    • The installer will complete the job and confirm completion to Hisense.
  1. 24-Hours Post-Installation: Once the installation is done, we follow up with a courtesy call to ensure everything works properly. If there are any issues or additional support needed, we’re ready to help!
  2. Customer Feedback: To ensure we meet your expectations, a customer survey link will be sent to your email for feedback on the installation process. Your insights help us continuously improve our service.

Installation Service Types

  • Basic Installation (TV): Includes unboxing, fitting the legs, connecting power, HDMI devices, internet (supplied by the customer), and warranty registration.
  • Basic Installation (Refrigerators): Includes unboxing, setting up, leveling, connecting water lines (if applicable), and warranty registration.
  • Laser TV Installation: For models such as the Hisense Laser TV L5 series that comes with a light-reducing screen, which involves setting up the TV on a compatible stand (450mm minimum), connecting power, HDMI devices, and internet, with warranty registration.

Additional Information

  • Free Delivery: Free delivery applies within a 50 km radius of our authorized retailers. If you’re located beyond this area, additional charges will apply.
  • Authorized Installers: Installers are specifically trained and authorized by Hisense, ensuring that your product is installed correctly and safely.
  • Exclusions: Please note that some services, such as personalized TV settings, removal of old products, or plumbing, are not covered by the Premium Installation service.
